If you are tax exempt please select a Cash or Check option to pay in person so that we can waive the tax. You will be able to pay with any form of payment in person.
Buyer’s Premiums (5% of the “hammer” price) will be required of all sales at this auction regardless of tax-exempt status.

Time to get excited! We are gearing up for our first ever Online Auction and it’s going to be beautiful! An incredible and eclectic mix that you’ve come to expect from Katherine’s Auction & Appraisal Service.
Many people have asked us,
“Why haven’t you done this sooner?”
And we’ll be honest, its a lot more work to get the quality that we wanted. When we’re setting up for a regular Live Auction you take 2-3 photos for the featured items. When you’re setting up for an Online Auction, in our case, you take 60 photos for a dozen items. We want you to be as informed as possible when placing your online bids. We hope we can make you proud!
We initially wanted to run the auctions off of our own website, right here. We wanted it to be seamless. But unfortunately our HTML coding isn’t up to snuff and we wanted to be able to bring you the quality you deserve, dear client. If we are able to get our own auction site figured out we’ll let you know. However, being a very small family-owned operation it is something we needed to delegate to the “big guys” for the time being.

The entire auction will be available for viewing online starting September 1 by 5:00pm. You’ll be able to find a link right here on our site or search for us on EstateSales.org.
In-Person Inspection is scheduled for Thursday September 3rd from 11 am until 3 pm. All auction items are housed inside The Auction House at Memories, located at 400 Randolph Drive, Appleton WI 54913.
If you require a different inspection time, one may be arranged for you if you contact the auctioneer. Masks will be required, per Wisconsin State Mandate, and social distancing will be encouraged.
