About

Katherine’s Auction and Appraisal Service is owned and operated by Katie Bourassa.

A graduate of the Missouri Auctioneer School Katie takes great care in setting out the auctions so that they don’t look like a rummage sale.  Even if you think you’ve got “junk” it will be set out in such a logical and aesthetically pleasing way that people won’t be able to stop themselves from bidding.

Katie Bourassa – WI Auctioneer 2977

She takes the time to photograph notable items and feature them on Facebook, this site and other avenues.  Advertising and marketing your items to the right people is what makes the auctions successful.

Averaging 100 lots per hour she can move through the auction with speed and accuracy so that no one gets bored.

If you haven’t been out to a KAAS auction and would like to experience one for yourself click over to the Upcoming Auctions tab and mark your calendar!  Using The Auction House at Memories as home base the auctions are always held indoors and have yet to be postponed due to inclement weather.

Katie offers both LIVE and ONLINE Auctions to her clients – choosing the correct setting is imperative to selling your items to the right buyer.
